General: Huizhou LNG Power Plant Project is part of the Guangdong LNG (Liquified Natural Gas) Project and is the major energy project in Guangdong.
Grades: First class Q345B Steel in compliance with National Standard from large steel supplier in China is used.
Welding: Automatic SAW is used to ensure dimensional accuracy and even welding, full penetration welding and built-up H-Beams are also used.
Shot Blasting: Shot blasting machine is used to completely remove oxidised layer and in compliance with Sa2.5 standard.
Painting: Epoxy Zinc Rich Rust Preventive Primer, touch-up and top coat are Sprayed in total thickness of 150μ to ensure excellent rust prevention.
Maximum Plate Thickness: The maximum plate thickness for welding component is 80mm.
Largest Component: Largest section is H2400 x 80 x 30 x 80 x 28000 with single component weighing 25 Tons.
Perforation Rate: 98%.
